Returning to the workplace

Keeping our business communities well maintained and safe will enable our people to return to their focused professional work environment and connectivity they require for optimum productivity. Aligning our workspace with the Victorian Government and WorkSafe Victoria and adapting our practices to ensure they comply with current and future guidelines.

Face coverings

Although no longer mandated, face coverings are completely optional but strongly advised if you or someone you have recently been in contact with has had COVID.

Hand sanitising

Hand sanitiser is provided at entry/exit points and throughout the Suites and we ask that everyone sanitises their hands upon arrival and washes them regularly throughout the day.

Increased cleaning

Signs have been posted inside our Suites and our team are diligently sanitising all high touch points and meeting rooms after use throughout the workday.

Social distancing

Our dedicated private offices and open plan workspaces, along with our spacious lunchrooms and variety of board and meeting rooms are well spaced, signed and set to comply with the government guidelines for social distancing.

Attendance

For compliance purposes, electronic registration is provided and visitor access is limited and ‘by appointment’, diligently monitored and managed by our service team.

Stay home if you’re unwell

Symptom signage has been posted at all Suite entries, including a Reception phone number for access and parcel deliveries. We kindly ask attendees to stay home if they are feeling unwell or suspect they have been exposed to someone who is ill.
